What is My Order Status?

You will receive an order confirmation email once you place your order. Inside this email you will find a link to your order status page.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

After an order has been placed, we start packing right away. We will attempt to cancel/change the order, but we cannot guarantee these adjustments after the order has been placed.

Where is my order Confirmation?

When will my package ship?

We ship nearly all packages in under 24 hours. Please keep in mind, wall art orders can take 5-7 days to ship. This product is made to order.

how long does shipping take?

Domestic: 1-4 Business Days. About 50% of packages are delivered in 2 days or less!

International: 1-4 Weeks. International orders can vary based on country and custom procedures.

my package is lost.

Please send an email to our support with your order number. We will investigate the issue and take care of the situation.

My package is Damaged.

Please reach out to our support with you order number and pictures of the damages. Once approved we will issue a replacement.

Where is my tracking number?

After your package is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In this email you will find your tracking info and a link to the tracking page. If you have not received this email after a few days you may want to check your spam inbox. Our reach out to us and will gladly give you an update!

Please keep in mind, wall art orders can take up to 7 days to ship.

Shipping costs vary based on a number of factors however you can view your applicable shipping costs at checkout.

Do i need to pay import duties/taxes?

Yes. All customers are required to pay any applicable taxes or import duties relating to their order. These charges are usually collected by the carrier. Please note, we are not in control of these costs. These fees are collected by your government. 

Please research your countries import fees before placing an order. 


What is the return policy?

Domestic: We offer free returns on all items within 30 days of delivery. Returns need to in like-new condition. 

International: We do not offer returns on international shipments. If you did not receive your package or it arrived damaged, please reach out to our support and we can help further!

How do I start a return?

When will i get refunded?

After the package is received and inspected. We will refund your original payment method in 24-48 hours.

Is it really FREE returns?

Yes! We want you to have an easy and free way to return our products if you are unhappy with them. This is our commitment to creating the highest quality products with the best customer service in the industry.

Can I get a replacement or exchange?

Yes! Please inform us of this request in your return submission. However, the quickest way to get a replacement is to just return the order for a refund and order a replacement right away.

when is the restock?

While we try to keep all of our top sellers in stock. We can't always keep everything in stock, due to high demand. Our restocks are typically 1-2 months after a product goes out of stock. The absolute best way to make sure you don't miss out on a restock is to sign-up for our in-stock alerts under the product's page. This will notify you within minutes of the restock to give you the highest chance of getting the product you want.
