Refund policy

For U.S.-based customers, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns must be received in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories included. For approved U.S. returns, we provide a free return shipping label.

If returned items are dirty, damaged, incomplete, or missing original components, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% of the purchase price as a restocking fee, depending on the condition of the return. If a return is approved but not postmarked by the return deadline provided in your return approval email, we reserve the right to withhold up to 50% of the purchase price as a restocking fee.

International orders are generally final and are not eligible for standard returns, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. For customers located in the European Union, eligible purchases may be withdrawn within 14 days of delivery, as required by EU consumer law. To exercise this right, you must submit a withdrawal request through our store or contact us with your name and order number. Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for EU withdrawal returns. Returned items must be sent back in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories included. We may reduce the refund if the item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect the product. Refunds may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back. This does not affect your rights for defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

For approved U.S. returns, we’ll send you a free return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. For EU withdrawal returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law. Items sent back without first requesting a return or withdrawal will not be accepted.

Damages & Missing Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery for any damaged or missing package claims.

If the carrier officially confirms delivery to the provided address, Hystar is not responsible for theft from the delivery location. For packages marked “Delivered” but not received, refunds are typically not issued.

Any resolution is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require completion of a formal carrier investigation, including a signed theft affidavit and, if required by the carrier, verification with local authorities.

Any replacement shipments issued for missing packages are considered a one-time exception and are final and non-returnable.

If you contact us more than 30 days after delivery, we will be unable to assist.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original item once approved and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
