At Hystar, we pride ourselves on the quality and reliability of our products. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all US orders purchased through our official website www.hystar.gg and our Amazon Storefront. We do not offer a warranty for international orders at this time. This warranty is a testament to our commitment to your satisfaction and peace of mind.
Warranty Coverage
Scope of Warranty
This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal, intended use for the usable life of the product. It applies exclusively to physical goods purchased directly from Hystar through our official website or Amazon Storefront.
Warranty coverage requires a completed purchase from an authorized channel and proof of purchase we can verify (order number, purchase email, or receipt). Orders that were refunded, canceled, returned-to-sender, or charged back are not eligible.
What We Will Do
If a covered defect is confirmed, Hystar will, at its discretion, replace the product or the affected component. If the specific product is not available, we may offer a replacement of equal value or issue store credit.
Limitations and Exclusions
The Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, damage from animals, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Orders that were refunded, canceled, returned-to-sender, or charged back.
Filing a Claim
- Take Pictures: Take clear photos showing the problem.
- Describe the Issue: Write a detailed description of the issue.
- Order Information: Include your order number, purchase email, or receipt (or any other information we can use to verify your purchase).

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for the inspection of products under warranty, unless waived at our discretion.
If the claim is validated, Hystar will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to the customer.
