What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Your mat is covered against defects in materials or workmanship for its entire usable life. If something goes wrong under normal use, we’ll replace it. File a claim, email support@hystar.gg with your order number and photos. You'll get a response within 48 hours.

How do I clean my Hystar desk mat?

For a light clean - Wipe the surface with a damp cloth.

For a deeper clean - Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, then lay flat to air dry. Do not machine wash.
